PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: As a Learning & Development Practitioner you will play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programmes within our organization. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders and subject matter experts across our countries to identify training needs, develop effective learning strategies, and implement initiatives that enhance our Dynamos’ skills, performance, and engagement.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Design & administration of E- learning courses
  • Create, design and develop programmes and curriculums for all Dynamos 
  • Maintain, modify and update learning material based on inputs from the stakeholders and changing business needs
  • Evaluate the training material and workshops on an on-going basis to ensure that it is aligned to the business needs
  • Recommend new training approaches, techniques and programmes
2. Design & maintain L&D course material
  • Write and maintain content for inhouse training sessions as well as Induction
  • Collaborate with SME’s to get sufficient content information to incorporate in L&D material
  • Design, maintain and coordinate the Buyer & Planner programme
3. Facilitation of L&D courses
  • Ensure that all learning interventions are measured, collated and feedback is communicated to the business
  • Administer logistical arrangements for all L&D initiatives
4. Reporting
  • Collate and coordinate reporting (e.g. Annual Training Report, Workplace Skills Plan, etc)
  • Participate in designated SETA initiatives
  • Coordinate grants & bursaries
5. Ad hoc duties and projects   JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Learning & Development or Industrial Psychology
  • 3+ years’ experience in content & electronic material design (including facilitation experience)  
  • Experience in an electronic authoring tool e.g. Storyline
  • Knowledge of various online training platforms e.g. Moodle 
  • Knowledge of L&D processes and practices 
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Computer literacy – intermediate
  • Ability to travel to African countries (when required) 
  • SA citizen

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:  To be responsible for process analysis, design, implementation and execution across Supply Chain to ensure end-to-end efficient and optimal utilisation of resources. Also to provide operational support by collecting, analysing and interpreting data and initiating proactive corrective action to ensure Supply Chain performance adheres to set KPI's

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development of business cases

  • Leading supply chain projects

  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiative projects

  • Mapping & development of processes for effective data management

  • Development of SOPs to enable optimal business and system integration

  • Provide operational support by compiling, coordinating and publishing reports

  • Data analysis, interpretation and tracking critical items

  • Budget analysis and control (DC budgets)

  • Liaise with various role-players and departments to provide support and submit relevant reports

  • Ad hoc duties and projects

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering

  • 2+ years experience as an Process/Industrial Engineer

  • Retail industry experience will be advantageous

  • Project Management experience

  • Experience in Lean and/or Sigma methodology will be an advantage

  • Computer literacy: Advanced (Google workspace, Looker studio, SQL)

  • Ability to work in a team and independently

  • South African Citizen

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: To develop, maintain and administer reports and to provide a technical support service with regards to Business Intelligence tools and general data related requests. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Development and deployment of new Business Intelligence reports (Business Objects, Looker Studio, QlikView, Google Sheets) and ad hoc reports
  • Provide accurate information on requirements to Pepkor IT; contract delivery and costs and manage Pepkor IT’s priorities and delivery
  • Accurate understanding of user reporting needs to be reflected in specifications and variables
  • Opportunities for current report improvements will be investigated, identified and implemented
  • Maintain and improve current Business Intelligence (Business Objects, Looker Studio, Qlikview, Google Sheets) reports
  • Oversee structure and administration of reports
  • Develop training material and facilitate training for users
  • Providing internal customer (user) support on an on-going basis
  • Ad hoc duties and projects
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
  • Grade 12 with relevant 3-year tertiary qualification
  • 3 years’ experience as an Data Analyst in a retail environment
  • Functional knowledge of PL/SQL/MySQL
  • Ability to develop reports by using BI tools (BO, Looker Studio, Qlikview)
  • Designing of data models to support reporting requirements
  • Understanding the working of relational databases
  • Computer literacy: Advanced
  • Knowledge of SAP Web Intelligence (BO) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ideal
  • SA citizen
