PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: To effectively manage the system demands from the business;
IT budgets; projects and 3rd party relationships within the IT & BI department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans, updates and manages system demands from functional areas
- Project management
- Cross-functional programme management
- Management of 3rd party Software Suppliers
- Manages all Systems related budgets
- Pro-actively suggest improvements to current processes and IT solutions
- Compile and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual reports
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant qualification (i.e. Analytical / Commercial related)
- 3+ Years Project Management / programme management experience
- 3+ Years’ experience in managing budgets & business demand
- Experience in Project management software is essential
- Change Management experience will be an advantage
- Computer literacy: Advanced & comfortable learning and using other software tools
- South African Citizen
